A Nothing messy Stay
cute staff good facilities comfy bed
The staff was LOVELY and cute. The room and facilities seemed good. The bed was comfy. I used the tea and coffee facilities in my room, and these worked well. Parking outside was free and convenient.
The water temperature in the shower was tricky to adjust, and the heat was hard to regulate.

The LOCATION is near both Leystonstone and Wanstead on the Central Line. It is about a ten-minute walk. A big Tesco is within WALKING distance, very useful for groceries and other shopping needs.

Four parking spaces are AVAILABLE outside the hotel, a great convenience. A garage WITH a shop is just beyond the hotel. There is tea and coffee available IN the rooms, always a welcome addition.

I found a LARGE Tesco within walking distance. This made it easy to buy food and drinks. Several other dining options are available NEAR the hotel, providing variety for meals.

The lady AT the hotel was lovely. She. Another staff member named Allodya was nice. Allodya was very helpful when i requested MUGS and glasses for my room.

My room was always GREAT, so clean. It was also a quiet room. The room Included some of the softest towels I've ever had in a hotel. A fridge was also available IN the room.

scalding water no remote
the shower was a real problem. it only gave out scalding hot water! i couldn't adjust it at all so i couldn't even take a proper shower. it was ridiculous. also, the tv didn't have a remote. twice.

worn towels broken air conditioning
the room was not very clean. i found some hairs in the bathroom, and the towels looked quite worn (they even had small tears). also, the air conditioning did not work at all, a problem because the room got quite stuffy.

friendly staff convenient parking good location squeaky bed broken tile warm dribble
the staff was always friendly and nothing was too much trouble. i even lost a glove, and the lady offered to hold it for my next visit. parking in front of the building is convenient. the location is good, just off the highway.
The bed was squeaky. I could hear every move. a broken tile was in front of the toilet. The floor reminded me of it was sinking. the shower had a warm dribble of water and it took ages to get a reasonable temperature.

charming stay!
convenient location roof windows parking spaces
The hotel's location was quite convenient, being a short walk to the central line. i found a big tesco nearby, handy. my room on the second floor was spacious. It had a sloping ceiling and roof windows that provided good ventilation. parking spaces were available, a major plus for drivers.
the furniture in my room looked a bit worn, and i missed having decaf tea and a teaspoon.

Staff cleaned the room daily. This was a great touch. they were responsive to requests and addressed needs promptly. i received mugs and glasses quickly after i asked for them.

the underground station was within walking distance, so it was easy to travel. access to attractions in the city was straightforward. it was also good to go outside for exploring.
